Summer in Delray Beach just got a little hotter. The city will set the scene for The Ray, a new luxury hotel, opening this July.
Located in the Pineapple Grove Art District, The Ray will be part of the Curio Collection by Hilton and will have 141 smart rooms with balconies. The first hotel by Menin and designed by Gonzalez Architects, The Ray will feature tropical modernist architecture punctuated by living walls, multiple rooftop gardens, large-scale sculptures, and art installations. The boutique hotel will feature a state of the art fitness center, an expansive pool deck with accompanying restaurant and bar, and lounge areas and cabanas available for private events for up to 458 guests. Boasting four food and beverage options, The Ray will have a Michelin-rated chef, the iconic rooftop venue, a signature lobby restaurant, and a neighborhood coffee shop.
With a booming restaurant and business scene (recently featured on NBC Nightly News), Delray Beach is in need of a luxury hotel property. In addition to the aforementioned amenities, The Ray will feature more than 47,000-square-feet of indoor and outdoor meetings and event space. The Cube, an all-glass structure, offers a modern backdrop for intimate events and also features its own 22,000-square-foot private rooftop, while the Plaza and Rooftop Pool Deck provide larger outdoor venues.
The Ray will provide transportation to and from the beach located just a few blocks from the hotel and can help with beach set-ups, picnics as well as surfboard and paddleboard rentals and lessons.
