Tree of Life Resource Center, one of Tree of Life Foundation International’s 22 branches, Palm Beach Outlets, and the Schumacher Auto Group will continue to host drive-thru food distributions on the second Friday of every month through December beginning on Friday, August 14, from 8 to 10 a.m.

All vehicles will enter along Congress Ave. where staff, volunteers, and Palm Beach County police officers will assist in the distribution of items like produce, nonperishable foods, dairy, and diapers on a first-come, first-served basis. The organization is aiming to assist 500 families.

“Collaborative leadership is key to helping our neighbors and we are grateful to partner again with incredible companies and organizations, Schumacher Auto Group, Palm Beach Outlets, Cotton Bottom Diaper Bank, and Farm Share to provide basic critical necessities for so many individuals and families in our community who need our support.” said Amanda Schumacher, president and founder of Tree of Life Foundation International.

Additional event underwriting is sponsored by Schumacher Auto Group with items from Farm Share and donations from Cotton Bottom Diaper Bank.

To adhere to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s COVID-19 guidelines for health and safety, all volunteers will wear gloves and masks. In addition, guests must remain in their vehicles and open their trunks to receive items.

The Tree of Life Resource Center offers grocery assistance and other resources to those in need during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond. For more information about the organization’s services, call (561) 656-5601 or visit the website.
