Eating healthy in West Palm Beach is about to get even more delicious. True Food Kitchen, which has its roots in integrative medicine expert (and co-founder) Dr. Andrew Weil’s anti-inflammatory food pyramid, will open its doors in Rosemary Square on July 30. The West Palm Beach location is the brand’s fourth in Florida, with two more slated to open in early 2022.

Occupying the prominent corner space once dominated by Restoration Hardware—near the fountain on the eastern side of Rosemary Avenue—the indoor-outdoor eatery will be highlighted by seasonally inspired dishes crafted with quality ingredients that aim to boost mood, increase energy, and optimize health.

A holistic health guru, Dr. Weil advocates for alternative medicine, and the menu of True Food Kitchen reflects his philosophy of how best to nourish our bodies for optimal health.

The eatery will also feature a scratch bar featuring fresh-pressed juices, organic teas, and all-natural refreshers as well as handcrafted cocktails (think rosé sangria) and a seasonal selection of beer and wine.

True Food Kitchen is located at Rosemary Square in West Palm Beach. The restaurant will be open for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch—from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day but opening at 10 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays and closing at 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights.
