It’s time for Champagne wishes and caviar dreams. On August 22, trade the summer raindrops for bubbles at the Laurent-Perrier Champagne Dinner at the NYY Steak at the Seminole Casino Coconut Creek. Hosted by Master sommelier Virginia Philips, owner and proprietor of Virginia Philip Wine Shop and Academy, and Sarah J. Halstead, Laurent-Perrier southeast regional manager, the dinner will include four courses of top-shelf cuisine, expertly paired with selections of Laurent-Perrier Champagne. Following dinner, guests are invited to a special performance of burlesque dancers at the Legends Lounge. Tickets cost $125 per person (plus tax and gratuity).
