The glamorous Palm Beach steakhouse on Bradley Place will welcome guests for the second wine dinner of the year, this time expertly pairing Joseph Phelps vintages with five delectable courses. Patrons will arrive to a reception touting hors d’oeuvres like Wagyu carpaccio on puff pastry and three cheese truffle grilled brioche toast, paired with a sparkling 2015 Joseph Phelps Ovation Brut.

Once seated for dinner, diners will sample lobster carpaccio with fresh uni, yuzu oil, pickled mango, baby mizuna, fresh lime, and white soy aioli, featuring a glass of 2019 Sauvignon Blanc. Next, a 2017 Pinot Noir will bring out the spiced and sweet notes of a pink peppercorn-crusted sushi grade tuna with a crispy basil and lemon risotto cake, black plum marmalade, and mango chili foam.
