Visit Café Boulud inside The Brazilian Court Hotel on Palm Beach for Café Boulud Alumni: A Culinary Reunion August 26. The one-night-only event will welcome back former executive chefs Zach Bell and Rick Mace to cook alongside current executive chef Christopher Zabita, with each chef preparing a signature course that reflects their culinary style and the French techniques at the heart of Café Boulud. The evening will begin with a seated cocktail reception at 6:45 p.m., followed by dinner at 7.
