Caretta Caretta to Host Sailfish Brewing Co. Dinner

Head to Caretta Caretta inside The Singer Oceanfront Resort for a beer-paired dinner April 10.

The Singer Oceanfront Resort will host a dinner in collaboration with Sailfish Brewing Company at Caretta Caretta restaurant April 10, from 6:30 to 9 p.m.

Guests will enjoy a grazing table before sitting down to a four-course dinner curated by executive chef Winston Guerrero, all paired with Sailfish beers. Highlights include coffee-rubbed hanger steak with Sunrise City IPA and chocolate stout cake with Tag and Release Amber.

All attendees must be at least 21 years old. Tickets are $70 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Learn more here.
