Born in Rhode Island, Dr. Carlotti’s medical journey began in New England, where he earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Vermont. He went on to attend the prestigious University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, remaining there for residency and fellowship training in cosmetic surgery. This rigorous academic environment laid the foundation for his enduring philosophy: aesthetic results should be elegant, natural, and firmly grounded in sound anatomy.

In 2002, Dr. Carlotti opened his first cosmetic surgery practice in Scottsdale, Arizona, followed by a second practice in Austin, Texas in 2018. Over the next two decades, he built and led both practices with a reputation for precision, consistency, and uncompromising patient safety. After successfully operating these practices for more than 20 years, Dr. Carlotti and his wife, Jessica Carlotti, a double board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner specializing in mental wellness, relocated to South Florida—drawn by Palm Beach’s sophistication and appreciation for excellence.

Together, the Carlottis represent a modern, integrative approach to wellness—one that recognizes the connection between physical confidence and emotional well-being. This shared philosophy informs Dr. Carlotti’s approach to aesthetic surgery, where patient care extends beyond technical outcomes to include trust, discretion, and individualized attention.

He now serves the community through BellaNova Palm Beach, a state-of-the-art cosmetic surgery center in West Palm Beach featuring two fully accredited, private operating rooms.
