Pint-sized party animals (the two-legged and tail-wagging kind) are invited to dress up for this annual Halloween event at Palm Beach Outlets, which will include a spooktacular parade of holiday-themed cars, family trick or treating, free giveaways, fun swag, and more. Free to the public. $5 for display vehicles.
