If your sense of wanderlust has you craving travel with no plans to jet off anytime soon, we have good news: you don’t have to go far to satisfy your longing for a Mediterranean summer.

Florie’s, the oceanfront restaurant by renowned chef Mauro Colagreco at the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach, is presenting Florie’s Mediterranean Summer to give patrons a taste of the bountiful region that’s such a major part of the chef’s background and cooking philosophy.

As part of the prix fixe summer tasting experience, Florie’s will introduce rotating themed menus highlighting a new Mediterranean destination each month, kicking off with the French Riviera in July and Italy and Spain in the following months. Each month, the dishes will celebrate the connection between Palm Beach and the featured Mediterranean region, utilizing ingredients that thrive seasonally in both destinations.

Available now thru July 31, the French Riviera Discovery Menu is a transportive dinner priced at $85 per person ($120 per person with wine pairings). Dishes include octopus carpaccio with a mango vinaigrette and coriander, swordfish with poivre voatsipériféry (a type of wild pepper) and citrus beurre blanc, and orange and bee pollen tropézienne cake.

Florie’s is located at the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach. For more information, visit floriespb.com or follow @floriespb on Instagram.
