The Ben hotel in West Palm Beach will team up with SuperCar Week to celebrate Earth Day and present Green Street, a car show highlighting the energy efficiency and innovation of today’s most cutting-edge electric vehicles on April 23, from 12 to 4 p.m.
The event will feature more than 30 electric car models that showcase the latest in green auto-innovation. The informational and educational event is free to individuals and families who want to learn about the latest in automobile technology, safety, design, and motorsports. Individual vehicle owners and brand dealers will meet-and-greet the public to share the “green,” or environmental and economic aspects of private, municipal, and corporate transportation. Some vehicles of note that will be on display at the event include Rivians, Mercedes Benz B-Class Electric Drive, Chevy Bolt, Nissan Leaf, and Zero Motorcycles. Area residents who wish to register their own vehicles for this event may do so here.
The family-friendly event will also feature music and entertainment on The Lawn in front of The Ben. Bartenders will serve up Earth Day cocktails both on The Lawn and in Proper Grit. Proper Grit dining guests that show the car key to their electric car to their server will receive complimentary Swank Farm green salads with fresh local vegetables.
