William B. Lewis

William B. Lewis, a managing partner of the Morgan & Morgan Business Trial Group, represents businesses and individuals that have been damaged due to fraud, contract breaches, investment losses, and the misconduct of professionals. Unlike most commercial litigators, Lewis litigates business and securities cases on a contingency-fee basis, which means his clients pay no hourly fees. He is an experienced trial attorney, having won verdicts in jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations in Palm Beach County and throughout Florida. He has been honored by Florida Trend magazine as Florida’s Legal Elite, an award given by lawyers to fewer than 1.5 percent of fellow Florida Bar members. He has consistently been named a Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star, which recognizes the top 2.5 percent of the state’s lawyers under the age of 40. Lewis serves on the Florida Bar’s Committee on Professionalism, he has been the chair of the Palm Beach County Bar’s Business Litigation Committee as well as its Circuit Court Civil Committee, and he was elected to the executive committee of the University of Florida Law Alumni Council.
