
Now through August, patrons of the Michelin-recommended Moody Tongue Sushi inside the Hilton West Palm Beach can partake in new summer menus. An à la carte menu is available on Wednesday evenings and includes a variety of hand rolls, maki rolls, and specialty nigiri. The menu also includes eight-piece nigiri sets, with a specialty chef selection priced at $95 and a traditional chef selection for $65. The restaurant’s omakase experience is available Thursday through Saturday. A new eight-course omakase is priced at $95 per person and available at 5 p.m., while a new 13-course omakase is priced at $145 per person and has seatings at 6, 7:30, and 8:30 p.m. Diners can also enjoy Moody Tongue’s award-winning selection of draft and bottled beers as well as sake, wine, and Japanese whiskey.
