1000 North in Jupiter will soon offer two new specialty craft cocktails, inspired by fall and made of premium spirits and seasonal ingredients.
Priced at $30, the Paper Trail features a rare and allocated Henry McKenna 10 Year Single Barrel Bourbon. Served in a coupe class with a dehydrated apple slice, the cocktail is crafted with an apple cider reduction, Amaro Nonino Quintessentia, Aperol, and lemon.
Priced at $25, the Pear Necessities is a blend of Zacapa 23 Rum, St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur, Lazzaroni Amaretto, lemon, cinnamon, and egg white. It’s served in a Nick & Nora cocktail glass and garnished with a dehydrated pear and cinnamon powder.
Both will be available September 22 to November 30.
