Charity Event Listing Inclusion Form

Welcome to the 25th annual Palm Beach Charity Register! As we prepare once again to compile this invaluable guide to the Palm Beaches’ charitable organizations, we invite you to submit information on your charity’s primary fundraising event to be considered for inclusion in the publication.

PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY, AS SOME THINGS HAVE CHANGED FROM PREVIOUS YEARS’ SUBMISSION FORMS.

DO NOT BEGIN THIS PROCESS UNLESS YOU KNOW ALL THE LOGISTICS OF YOUR EVENT (DATE, LOCATION, ETC.). YOUR FORM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF ANY FIELDS ARE LEFT BLANK. IF A FIELD IS NOT APPLICABLE TO YOUR EVENT, YOU MUST TYPE “N/A.”

Your application is not complete until you purchase a listing below and complete the form.

LISTINGS: Each Palm Beach County organization selected for inclusion will receive a one-third page listing describing the charity and one major fundraising event. There is a $199 processing fee for each listing submission. Payment information must be provided at the time of submission. Payments will be processed at the time of submission for the November 1, 2017, publication.

ADDITIONAL LISTINGS: You may submit up to two additional forms for additional Palm Beach County one-third page listings. The additional listing fee is $525 for each.

OUT OF COUNTY LISTINGS: Organizations outside of Palm Beach County selected for inclusion will receive a one-third page listing describing the charity and one major fundraising event. There is a $1195 processing fee for each listing submission.

DATES: The publication covers events held from November 1, 2017, through October 31, 2018.

DEADLINES: Please submit your online form(s) by THURSDAY JULY 27, 2017. Forms not submitted by the deadline will not be considered for inclusion.

LIMITED SPACE: Only the headings and titles appearing on the form will be included in the listings. Please edit your information to fit the space allotted on the form. Extra information and titles will not be included. Palm Beach Media Group will make every effort to include the submitted listings. However, due to space limitations, this may not always be possible. PBMG shall select charities for inclusion based on criteria including, but not limited to, whether the charity’s funds remain in Palm Beach County and the event’s history and tradition. PBMG expressly reserves the right to edit listings for space and clarity and is not responsible for publication of incorrect information provided directly by the charity.

If we are unable to include your submission, we will provide the organization with a
refund of your pre-payment by July 31, 2017.

COMPLIMENTARY COPIES: Each selected organization will be entitled to a complimentary copy of the 2017-18 Palm Beach Charity Register. A copy of the Charity Register will be mailed directly to the address provided on the listings form. Additional copies may be purchased at a 50 percent discount by calling 1-800-308-7346.
