Chef Michael Hackman of Aioli in West Palm Beach has curated a prepared Thanksgiving dinner to-go to ease the stress of dining at home this holiday season. The fully cooked meal is priced at $225 and feeds four people. The meal includes half of a 16 lb. turkey (breast sliced and dark meat pulled); one pint of gravy, one pint of tart apple cranberry sauce; sausage ciabatta stuffing; bacon balsamic Brussels sprouts; three cheese macaroni; cauliflower gratin; cornbread; and one quart of butternut squash soup.

The Delray Beach restaurant will celebrate its first Thanksgiving with a three-course prix fixe menu for diners on Thanksgiving Day from 3-9 p.m. Executive Chef Greg Rubin’s menu will include butternut squash soup; chilled shrimp; charred octopus; roasted turkey; Maine halibut; lobster tagliatelle; braised short ribs; pumpkin pie; and warm apple tart. The West Palm Beach comfort food favorite will host a Friendsgiving party on Wednesday, November 24. The restaurant is also currently accepting orders for its first ever sweet tea-brined, cajun-fried Thanksgiving turkey packages. The selections can feed up to 10 people and include all of the holiday fixings.

The restaurant at Charlie & Joe’s at Love Street in Jupiter will host a Thanksgiving feast to remember. Executive Chef Jordan Lerman has put together a holiday menu featuring wood-roasted sunchoke soup and a stuffed turkey breast with pomme puree, cranberry marmalade, honey roasted fall squash, Brussels sprouts salad, and roasted turkey jus.

Beacon will also offer a limited menu, complete with charred Spanish octopus and bucatini caccio e peppe, and, of course. Executive Pastry Chef Jenniffer Woo will whip up pumpkin pie and her signature deconstructed apple tart with apple cider gelée and dulce de leche.

Café Boulud Executive Chef Dieter Samijn has crafted a 3-course prix fixe menu ($165 per person, $65 for children under 10) for Thanksgiving. Appetizers include pumpkin velouté with brioche crouton, sage and pumpkinseed oil; crispy kale salad with squash agrodolce, dried cranberry, walnuts, and sourdough; and a duck and foie gras galantine topped with pistachio, dried apricot, mostarda, and frisée.

The traditional turkey dinner will be prepared two ways. One with sweet potato, bourbon and marshmallow, cranberry compote, and stuffed acorn squash Daniel Boulud, and the other with charred Brussels sprouts with chestnuts.

Executive Pastry Chef Julie Franceschini will prepare pumpkin pie with spiced Chantilly and bourbon ice cream; warm chocolate cake with raspberry sorbet; and Paris-Brest with pecan cream and praline. The Ray’s traditional neighborhood tavern with a twist will feature a four course prix fixe Thanksgiving menu from 2-8 p.m. by renowned Chef Joe Zanelli for $75 per person featuring: roasted squash soup with herb seed oil, toasted pepitas, and fall spiced crème fraiche; roasted beet salad, arugula, frisée lettuce, Saint-André cheese, Marcona almonds, and truffle vinaigrette; a turkey platter including buttermilk breast, confit turkey leg, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, orange cranberry sauce, brioche and foie gras and chestnut stuffing, crispy salsify, natural turkey gravy; and bourbon pecan pie with whipped vanilla cream or apple crostata with maple ice cream. The Boca Raton and North Palm Beach restaurants will take care of Thanksgiving this year. Executive Chef Nick Dellinger’s signature flavors will come together for a Thanksgiving spread from 12 to 8 p.m., headlined by a Lucky Lobster Dinner for Two ($140), featuring a two-pound Maine lobster with a crawfish-stuffed tail, steamed claws, lobster cognac sauce, Creole green beans, sweet corn pudding, and garlic mashed potatoes au gratin. The special menu will also include a grilled beef tenderloin with mashed potatoes, asparagus, and savory sauce trio of Cajun hollandaise, blue cheese butter, and roasted mushroom cream.

Whether dining in or taking out, Okeechobee Steakhouse and its family of businesses are doing all the work this Thanksgiving. Those looking to dine-in at Okeechobee Steakhouse can select from an a la carte menu of signature dry-aged, hand-cut steaks, or a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. Okeechobee Prime Seafood will offer its menu of fresh seafood and prime protein, along with a traditional Thanksgiving menu. The traditional Thanksgiving menu at both restaurants will feature oven-roasted turkey with stuffing and gravy, mashed potatoes or yams, vegetable, cranberry sauce, house salad, and pumpkin pie for $42.99 ($19.99 for children ages 12 and younger). At Okeechobee Prime Meat Market, customers can pre-order fully cooked holiday meals to-go for up to 18 guests. The popular Holiday Family Feast (16-18 guests, $525) includes: one Bell & Evans all-natural roasted turkey; one Prime roasted beef tenderloin; (choose 4) cornbread stuffing, mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole, honey glazed carrots, roasted red potatoes; two quarts of turkey gravy; one quart of au jus; one quart of fresh whole berry cranberry sauce; and one pint of creamy horseradish sauce.

Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island

3800 Ocean Restaurant & Lounge will offer brunch from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day. The festive brunch will feature carving stations with including apple-bourbon brined turkey and rosemary-crusted prime rib. Complete the picture with mashed potatoes, cornbread stuffing, sweet potato hash, Brussels sprouts, and roasted parsnips. For those who can’t shake the allure of a traditional oceanside brunch, opt for raw bar favorites like shrimp, oysters, and mussels, and sip on mimosas and Bloody Marys.

Brunch is $85 per adult, $25 for children, and free for kids ages 5 and younger. Reservations are strongly encouraged and can be made by calling (561) 340-1755.

Pistache

Pistache in West Palm Beach will invite guests to give thanks with a special three course prix fixe menu prepared by Chef Michael Burgio on Thanksgiving Day from 2-8 p.m. Blending traditional American and French flavors, the menu includes: butternut squash maple velouté; onion soup gratinée; salmon tartare; autumn squash salad; roasted turkey breast with confit thighs and side dishes; beef bourguignon; pumpkin pie; and pistachio crème brûlée. The Ben’s restaurant will offer a prix fixe dining experience on Thanksgiving Day from 3–9 p.m. The prix fixe meal with be served with a family-style turkey and accompaniments, sized according to the number of guests, for $39 per person ($15 per child under 12). The menu will feature butternut squash soup with fig granola; turkey with traditional gravy, berry compote, sourdough stuffing, whipped sweet potatoes, and collard greens; and a pumpkin pie with spiced mascarpone or an apple cobbler with vanilla bean ice cream. Each guest will also receive a complimentary Champagne toast and a special seasonal cocktail will be available for purchase. Reservations are required and can be made here.

On the rooftop, Spruzzo will serve its regular menu throughout the day and evening.

Ramen Lab Eatery

Ramen Lab Eatery in Boca Raton and Delray Beach will celebrate Friendsgiving with dim sum and bao bun platters (paired with a bottle sake, of course) available for pickup for any upcoming holiday gatherings. Through November 28, diners can select among a 12-bun platter (their choice of pork belly, beef bulgogi, or short rib), a 25-dumpling dim sun platter, and a bottle of sake or wine. Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse

Ruth’s Chris in West Palm Beach will offer dine-in and to-go menus for Thanksgiving. Patrons can make a reservation here or place an order at order.ruthschris.com.

Diners will enjoy a prix fixe menu featuring a choice of Caesar salad, house salad or lobster bisque; an entrée of sliced oven roasted turkey, Ruth’s sausage and herb stuffing, homemade turkey gravy, and cranberry relish; a side of garlic mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, sweet potato casserole, or green beans with roasted garlic; and a chef’s choice dessert. Each purchase also includes leftovers to take home.

The menu is available for pre-order through November 23 and for pick-up November 24-25.

The West Palm Beach restaurant will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, but is offering patrons a selection of prepared meals and an a la carte menu of smoked meats and sides to enjoy at their at-home Turkey Day spreads.
