The Buzz Agency, launched in 2009, is a top-ranked woman-owned public relations agency located on Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach. Julie Mullen, a proud “Air Force brat,” volunteers as a guardian ad litem for Palm Beach County’s Fifteenth Circuit, and serves on the Board of Flamingo Park Neighborhood Association. She has also held board positions with Impact 100 Palm Beach County, Gold Coast PR Council, Women in Communications, and Mizner Park Cultural Arts Association. Elizabeth Kelley Grace is a graduate of the University of Iowa and a native Iowan. She serves on the board of directors for the Greater Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce and has served on the board of directors for the Junior League of Boca Raton and the Boca Raton Historical Society. Elizabeth has also volunteered with KidSafe Foundation, Boca Raton Museum of Art, and the George Snow Scholarship Fund.
