1. Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa, Manalapan

On Thanksgiving Day, guests will have two opportunities to dine in Eau’s oceanfront ballroom. Beginning at 11 a.m. brunch-goers can savor dishes ranging from a Grand Marnier dressed turkey to pumpkin latte cupcakes. In the evening, the ballroom will be transformed to host an elaborate and traditional Thanksgiving dinner. Dinner guests will enjoy all the Thanksgiving Day staples, desserts, and a raw bar. 2. Sant Ambroeus, Palm Beach

Celebrate and give thanks in the chic atmosphere offered by Sant Ambroeus. With locations in Milan, Manhattan, and Florida–the restaurant will host an authentic Italian-style holiday. Guests will choose from a 3-course Thanksgiving Day menu or a special buffet. 3. The Regional, West Palm Beach

Thanksgiving Day guests of the Regional will feel right at home with Chef Lindsay Aurty’s signature holiday buffet. The spread will feature a variety of southern-style and traditional staples including deviled eggs, tomatoes pie, fried chicken, turkey, traditional and cornbread stuffing. 4. Café Boulud, Palm Beach

This iconic Palm Beach restaurant will celebrate Thanksgiving Day with a classic three-course holiday menu and farm-to-table flavor. Guests can expect appetizers such as curried cauliflower-apple soup and roasted carrot salad with sunflower sprouts. For the entrees, Chef Daniel Boulud will prepare Murray’s farm traditional turkey dinner with sweet potato puree, clementine-cranberry compote, and brussels sprouts.
