A limited number of portrait commissions also will be available, offering collectors and patrons the opportunity to have Helander create a personalized portrait incorporating photographs, memorabilia, and symbolic imagery reflecting their own life and legacy. Thirty percent of proceeds from each commissioned artwork will benefit Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens.

Helander’s work is represented in 53 museum permanent collections, including the Norton Museum of Art, the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, the Whitney Museum of American Art, the Smithsonian Institution and The Metropolitan Museum of Art. Helander is also a former White House Fellow of the National Endowment for the Arts.
