The Perry J. Cohen Foundation will host the “Art With A Heart” benefit auction at the Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens in West Palm Beach on October 16. Rooted in the Perry J. Cohen Foundation’s four core pillars—the arts, environmental and marine education, youth entrepreneurship, and boating safety—the “Art With A Heart” initiative celebrates creative expression as a force for positive community transformation. Art patrons, civic leaders, environmental advocates, and foundation supporters will gather for an unforgettable evening dedicated to raising funds for local youth arts programming and educational scholarships.

The evening will feature a silent auction of works by more than five dozen acclaimed contemporary artists, in addition to luxury goods, sports memorabilia, and experiences. As they peruse, guests will enjoy music, signature cocktails, and hors d’oeuvres.

The foundation has helped send more than 1,000 children to boating safety classes, providing underserved children with opportunities to attend boating, sailing, and environmental programs that connect them with nature and become future environmental stewards.
In addition, the Perry J. Cohen Foundation has supported animal and wildlife organizations, raised more than $600,000 for the Perry J. Cohen Wetlands Laboratory at Jupiter Community High School, and established an endowment at the University of Miami Rosenstiel School to provide scholarships for students studying oceans and environment.
“Art With A Heart” will directly fund the continuation of this work and more. Portions of the evening’s auction proceeds will benefit the Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens, Loggerhead Marinelife Center, and the Perry J. Cohen Boating Safety & Ocean Stewardship Course, including a floating classroom that will allow children to experience our waterways and natural environment firsthand.
Tickets are $100. To tickets, visit pjcf.org.
