This elegant evening will showcase a four-course menu paired with selections from the esteemed French champagne house. Dishes include a Belfago tuna crudo, paired with Tribaut-Schloesser Origine Brut MV; Spanish turbot with crispy oyster and Champagne beurre blanc, paired with Blanc de Chardonnay Extra Brut MV; milk-fed veal loin with broccolini and caper-egg salsa, paired with Blanc de Noirs Brut MV; and a Marsala Bavarois with strawberries, paired with Tribaut-Schloesser Rosé Brut MV. The meal is priced at $345 per person.
