
Manatee Lagoon will host its tenth annual ManateeFest February 7, featuring free, family-friendly activities from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
To add to the excitement, Manatee Lagoon counted the highest number of manatees in the site’s history on February 3, with 230 manatees gathered in the lagoon’s warm waters. Manatee sightings are expected to remain strong leading into the weekend.

During the event, guests can visit the Conservation Pledge Station and make a pledge to help protect manatees and their habitat. By participating, visitors commit to simple actions like reducing plastic use, supporting clean waterways, and respecting manatee zones.
