When Cristyle Egitto started her blog, Eat Palm Beach, in 2013, the local dining scene was taking off. Initially, the website functioned as an outlet for Egitto to discover the county’s new restaurants, but as she shared the stories and faces behind the drool-worthy dishes, she became an integral part of the food community herself. The trusted authority on where to dine frequently collaborates with chefs and also uses her platform to bring attention to causes like No Kid Hungry, Nicklaus Children’s Health Care Foundation, and hurricane relief efforts. When she’s not Instagramming her dinner, the Palm Beach Gardens resident serves as a broker associate at her family’s firm, A Perfect Location Real Estate, and partner at Jupiter-based Pumphouse Coffee Roasters. She also relishes spending time with her husband, Andrew; 3-year-old daughter, Emilia; and toy poodle, Jetty.
