Culinary Studio, a new membership-based kitchen and event space in Lake Park, will host the grand finale of its Culinary Clash: Palm Beach Edition chef showdown October 30.
Across three rounds in September, local chefs faced off, crafting innovative dishes to wow attendees and a judging panel. The three winners, as chosen by the judges, will compete in the grand finale. They are Chris Spinosa, Victoria “Tori” Rivera, and Mike Andrzejewski. The winning chef will be awarded a $3,000 grand prize, and the charity they have been paired with will receive a cash donation. Spinosa is competing for Coastal Middle and High School, Rivera for GP Bosse 4 Foundation, and Andrzejewski for Robert Irvine Foundation.
The showdown will start at 6 p.m., and attendees will savor three appetizers, three entrées, and three dessert tastings. General admission tickets cost $125 and can be purchased here.
Culinary Studio occupies the top floor of Culinary Crossroads, a new venture by Oceana Coffee’s Amy and Scott Angelo that opened earlier this year. The large community hub is also home to Oceana’s third café and roasting facilities as well as Florida Canning Company. In addition to the Culinary Clash, Culinary Crossroads has many public events scheduled for the coming weeks, including a ring-making class October 25, a Sip and Shop event November 2, tai-chi classes November 6 and 20, and a sourdough class November 15.
