Community Classroom Project, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, will host fall cooking classes, cocktail workshops, and chef-driven dining events at the Community Classroom Kitchen in downtown Delray Beach. Hosted in The Hub at Space of Mind, a state-of-the-art teaching kitchen and event space, these experiences invite guests to learn, taste, and connect through food.

All proceeds fund the Community Classroom Project’s mission to improve the well-being of families in South Florida through culinary education programs for kids, teens, and young adults. This season’s lineup includes:

Cocktail Class with Myles Robinson of Standish Cocktails

September 20 and October 18, both from 6 to 9 p.m.
Step behind the bar with Myles Robinson, the creative mind behind Standish Cocktails, for an immersive workshop in modern mixology. Guests ages 21 years and older will shake, stir, and garnish Instagram-worthy drinks while learning the stories and techniques behind each recipe.

Chef’s Table Brunch with Ayurvedic Chef Ryann Morris

October 12, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. 
Savor a plant-forward, Ayurvedic-inspired brunch featuring vibrant sweet and savory dishes, from moringa energy balls to root vegetable pie with tamarind chutney. Plus, enjoy a smoothie demo, buffet brunch, and a take-home herbal tea blend.

Guests of all ages are welcome to downtown Delray’s biggest Halloween bash, featuring live music from No Big Deal, a student-designed haunted house, trunk-or-treat, chef-made bites, carnival games, costume contests, and more.
