Caldrons are bubbling at Delray Beach’s Death or Glory. The edgy gastropub is hosting a “Death or Gory” Halloween pop-up complete with spooky cocktails, ghastly decor, and themed events now through October 31.
The specialty libations include Dead on Arrival, a communal drink presented in a blood bag; Lizzie Borden, an old-fashioned served on an axe in honor of the infamous murderess; The Buddy of Christ – Zombie, a dark rum cocktail with the pub’s mascot Buddy on the glass; The Devil Made Me Do It, a massive premium rum drink that will cost revelers roughly $666; and Witch Please, with a portion of the proceeds from this drink benefiting Achievement Centers for Children and Families courtesy of Witches of Delray.
Special events include Witchy Bingo, tarot card readings and fortuneteller sessions on Thursday evenings, and an official Halloween party October 30.
