Junior League of the Palm Beaches kicked off the social season in vibrant style with its second annual Party Under the Palms at The Colony Hotel in Palm Beach October 6. The event drew a packed room of members, past presidents, community leaders, and supporters for a lively evening celebrating the organization’s 86-year legacy of service and impact throughout Palm Beach County.
The event was chaired by immediate past president Kate Stamm and current president Emily Schachtel, with Laura Russell serving as honorary chair. Guests enjoyed cocktails, canapés, and a silent auction while embracing the evening’s Palm Beach-inspired attire, filling the room with bright colors and a celebratory atmosphere that reflected the energy and camaraderie of the volunteer-led organization.
“Seeing a room filled with women who have helped shape Junior League’s history, those leading us into the future, and community supporters who believe in our mission was tremendously meaningful,” shared Emily Schachtel.
Kate Stamm, added, “It was inspiring to see so many longtime and new supporters joining us in a shared commitment to better our community. We are so grateful to everyone who helped make our second Party Under the Palms such an incredible success.”
Party Under the Palms raises critical support for the league’s mission and community initiatives focused on literacy, healthcare, and women’s and children’s services.
