
Okeechobee Steakhouse in West Palm Beach is marking its seventy-fifth anniversary with a fine-dining feast paired with Macallan Scotch. Slated for the evening of October 27, the meal will consist of five courses: king crab with frisée, smoked peach vinaigrette, avocado crème fraiche, and caviar, paired with The Macallan Classic Cut; she-crab bisque with butter-poached lobster, sherry crema, and torched mission fig, paired with The Macallan 12 Sherry Cask; smoked duck breast with roasted beet puree, Macallan duck jus, baby watercress, and raspberry vinaigrette, paired with The Macallan Harmony; Macallan-soaked dry-aged New York strip with parsnip goat cheese puree, crispy brussels sprout leaves, and black truffle demi-glace, paired with The Macallan 18 Double Cask; and blood orange panna cotta with jalapeño chantilly cream, candied ginger, and chocolate shavings, paired with The Macallan Rare Cask.
