Among South County’s young professionals, few are as accomplished and involved in the community as much as Nicole Flier. As the vice president of the business development for Intertech Construction Corp., Flier has been an integral part in shaping South Florida’s landscape literally and figuratively, spurring growth in the local economy with Intertech as a leader in commercial construction development.
When not building a better business environment, Flier is a tireless advocate for local nonprofits. She has been an active committee member of the Boca Raton Regional Hospital’s seminal Go Pink Luncheon for the past six years, for which she was named the Daisy Wall Diva two years running. She is also an active leader both at work and in the community by founding the South Florida VIPs, a young professional networking group, and serving as an alumni advisor to Florida Atlantic University’s Sigma Kappa chapter, and as the vice chair of the City of Boca Raton Builders Board of Adjustment and Appeals.
