Daniella Ortiz | Designer and Owner of Daniella Ortiz Design Corp.
From higher learning to high fashion, Daniella Ortiz has made her mark on the South Florida scene. The namesake behind her eponymous line of handbags and jewelry, Daniella and her husband, Alfredo, are redefining the accessories game.
An Argentine native, Daniella came to South Florida by way of Buenos Aires in 1999 as a student at the Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University. After obtaining her master’s degree, Daniella stayed with the school as the director of development for the Center for Psychological Studies and graduate school of humanities and social sciences for more than a decade. But her true calling wasn’t realized until 2005, when she and Alfredo launched Daniella Ortiz, a high-end handbag and jewelry line.
Specializing in fine leather and exotic-skinned handbags and one-of-a-kind fashion jewelry pieces, Daniella Ortiz made a splash on the fashion scene, opening a boutique on Worth Avenue in 2008 and later a boutique at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando. Elegant, sophisticated and sexy, the handbags and jewelry from Daniella Ortiz imbue a sense of timeless style while instilling a playful side indicative of the Palm Beach lifestyle.
As a mother of two young children and with a busy schedule of designing and marketing her company, Daniella still finds time to give back to the community. With the Worth Avenue boutique acting as a party headquarters, Daniella and Alfredo host charitable events and trunk shows throughout the year, helping support those in need and emerging designers just beginning their careers in the industry
