Nothing says “Palm Beach” quite like alfresco dining. Café Boulud at The Brazilian Court Hotel is making these meals even more leisurely with the introduction of its La Pique-Nique Unique experience. This special offering is available by advance reservation through October 31 and features a bespoke basket (created exclusively for the restaurant) packed with chef-curated picnic fare. Priced at $150, a basket for two comes with your choice of charcuterie or a cheese and fruit plate, a spring salad or gazpacho verde, a turkey club or pastrami sandwich, house-made chips and cookies, and a half bottle of either Laurent-Perrier Brut Champagne or Canard-Duchêne Brut Rosé.
For larger gatherings, a $250 basket packs both the charcuterie and the cheese and fruit plate as well as a full bottle of wine, in addition to the other selections. Craft a posher picnic with such à la carte additions as smoked salmon, jumbo shrimp, Ossetra caviar, and more.
