Robbyn Ackner | Certified Life Coach
Robbyn Ackner is a true Palm Beach beauty. After leaving an abusive relationship and conquering her personal weight battle, Robbyn embarked on a lifestyle of cohesiveness between her physical, mental, spiritual and emotional bodies. Embracing this new life, Robbyn has now focused this compassion by becoming a certified life coach, serving those in need in the community with the same generous and positive spirit that transformed her own life.
Seeing a need at the local domestic shelter, Robbyn started the annual underwear collection drive in 2010. Each October, for Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Robbyn spearheads a campaign to collect new underwear for women and children seeking asylum at the shelter. On top of this, Robbyn is a devoted volunteer at the Children’s Home Society of Florida‘s Nelle Smith Residence for Girls and the Vita Nova residence, a home dedicated to young adults who have aged out of the foster-care system. In 2013 alone, Robbyn volunteered more than 1,000 hours in the local community.
But Robbyn’s devotion to community does not end there. With giving to others as part of her personal philosophy, she served on the inaugural board of Dress for Success Palm Beaches, is on the board of the Executive Women of the Palm Beaches and chairs the advocacy committee of the Junior League of the Palm Beaches.
