
Café Boulud inside The Brazilian Court hotel on Palm Beach will host a rosé wine dinner with Château d’Esclans August 24. Nestled in Provence, Château d’Esclans is renowned worldwide for its exquisite rosés. Café Boulud’s head sommelier, David Sauer, will pair the wines with an amuse bouche and a four-course dinner by executive chef Dieter Samijn and executive pastry chef Julie Franceschini.
