Special Dinners at Pistache

Downtown West Palm Beach’s favorite French bistro is ushering in fall with unique dining events

Raclette at Pistache

While traveling to France might still be out of our reach, Pistache is bringing the best of the French Riviera to the West Palm Beach waterfront. On Friday, September 25, the beloved French bistro helmed by chef Isaac Cerny will host “A Night in the French Riviera,” inclusive of a special dinner menu of seafood-centric dishes.

The meal will begin with a small plate selection of moules de pernod au safran; pissaladière, a caramelized onion and anchovy tart; or thon à la niçoise, complete with seared yellowfin tuna. Entrée options include espadon Provençal (chargrilled freshly caught swordfish) or longe d’agneau grillée (chargrilled lamb loin). Dessert is tarte tropezienne, a luscious brioche cake with orange-scented cream, raspberry, and vanilla Chantilly.

Diners can complement their meal with a range of regional rosé pairings. The night will also include entertainment from DJ Jean Marc.

Head back to Pistache the evening of October 8 for the return of its popular “Raclette Night.” This “all-you-can-cheese” offering includes an unlimited amount of melted raclette poured over a choice of three traditional selections: Savoyarde (roasted fingerling potatoes, cornichons, and pickled pearl onions); Suisse (roasted fingerling potatoes, cornichons, pickled pearl onions, prosciutto di Parma, jambon de Paris, saucisson sec, and arugula); and Mediterranée (grilled broccolini, zucchini, roasted cherry tomatoes, and arugula).

Reservations for both “A Night in the French Riviera” and “Raclette Night” are strongly encouraged.
