Chef Clay Conley’s Ember Group is bringing popular dishes from all three of his restaurants under one roof. The hybrid dining concept, known as Food and Beverage, features dishes from Grato, Buccan, and Imoto, and is available for dine-in at Grato as well as pickup and delivery.

Grato menu inclusions include brick-oven pizzas with customizable toppings, meatballs, and pastas. From Buccan—Conley’s flagship resto on Palm Beach—diners will find short rib empanadas, corn agnolotti, and a prime beef burger. Contributions from Imoto—Conley’s Asian eatery—range from Peking duck spring rolls to sushi and udon.

Guests dining at Grato will be able to select from the Food and Beverage menu, while those at Imoto and Buccan will be privy to those restaurants’ traditional menus. In addition to this development, Grato and Buccan have also recently introduced outdoor seating.

Food and Beverage’s dine-in and takeout services (both hosted at Grato at 1901 S. Dixie Hwy. in West Palm Beach) are available seven days a week from 5 to 9:30 p.m. Delivery is also offered here.
