The Royal Poinciana Plaza has officially reopened to the public. To maintain shoppers’ safety while welcoming them back to the iconic lifestyle destination, the team at the Plaza has implemented several safety protocols throughout the Palm Beach-based retail and dining hub. Guests are encouraged to maintain a safe social distance of six feet from other shoppers and wear masks during their visits. To facilitate this, the plaza’s restaurants, boutiques, and guest services extend outdoor seating options, adhere to capacity limitations, and offer masks upon request. All retail and restaurant employees are encouraged to wear face masks. The plaza’s shops also feature plexi glass panes at registers. Guests can also request the curbside pickup or minimal-contact arrangements that are available at many establishments.

In addition to these protocols, the plaza will host its first-ever outdoor shopping experience on every third Saturday, beginning Saturday, June 20. Shoppers will be treated to live music in the courtyard to celebrate the occasion. The Royal Poinciana Plaza has also introduced a new series, #storefrontstories, to highlight the destination’s shops. Through photos and five-minute interviews, the team will showcase and celebrate the people behind the businesses visitors love. You can find their stories on the website as well as on Instagram.

The area’s retailers are also continuing to support the community through COVID-19 relief efforts and enhance sustainability efforts in the process. Read more here.
