Two to Try: Holiday Bar Experiences

The Hilton West Palm Beach and Juicy Cocktail Bar offer festive libations and more.

Get into the holiday spirit—literally—at two unique holiday bar pop-ups in West Palm Beach.

From November 28 through January 3, the Hilton West Palm Beach will be the home of Jingle & Mingle, a festive outdoor bar experience with delights for all ages. Seasonal adult beverages include the Santa’s Cocoa Clause (bourbon, hot chocolate, and orange liqueur) and S’more the Merrier (Michter’s Bourbon, toasted marshmallow cordial, and chocolate bitters), among others. Culinary offerings range from a holiday grazing platter to a s’mores kit. Jingle & Mingle will also host special events such as a paint and sip class when participants will paint a holiday wine glass (December 2), a seasonal cocktail class (December 16), and ugly sweater trivia (December 19). Santa will soon arrive at Juicy Cocktail Bar in West Palm Beach. From November 28 to December 31, Juicy will transform into Sippin’ Santa, complete with kitschy Xmas decor and themed drinks. New creations for 2025 include the Coco Ho Ho Ho (gold Jamaican rum, lime, coconut, pineapple, pandan syrup, and banana liqueur) and Frost Bite (tequila sage, pineapple, lime, cranberry syrup, and spiced cranberry bitters). Returning favorites include the Jingle Bird (bourbon, pineapple rum, Campari, pineapple, lime, and “jingle mix”) and the Sugar Plum Mai Tai (Haitian and Nicaraguan rums, lime, orgeat and cinnamon syrup, plum mix). Juicy Cocktail Bar is open Wednesday through Saturday from 5 p.m. to midnight.
