After a kitchen fire in April forced it to close for more than six months, Louie Bossi’s in Boca Raton reopened November 3, debuting a refreshed look and a reimagined happy hour program.

Returning guests will recognize the Italian-tinged surrounds but with some key upgrades. The redesigned space includes an enhanced floor layout, reupholstered booths, a brighter color scheme inspired by the Amalfi Coast, and new light fixtures and chandeliers. There’s also a new pay-at-the-table system plus two semi-private event spaces that can accommodate up to 20 guests or 75 guests.

Louie Bossi’s is also now offering two new happy hours. The first is a daily happy hour from 4 to 7 p.m. at the bar, bar tops, and bar rails, offering a variety of new bites and cocktails. The late-night happy hour is available Sunday through Thursday between 9 and 10 p.m. and includes half-off bar drinks. A new fixture on both menus is the “Girl Dinner,” a trio of the Arthur Ave Salad, truffle fries, and a martini, priced at $30.
