Vale recently unveiled its tenth location in Florida in 10 years. The health-conscious dining institution celebrated the opening of its Delray Beach restaurant, an expansive 2,229-square-foot space appointed with vibrant and contemporary elements.
White and black marble tables and pops of gold and green lend a luxe touch, complemented by tropical motifs and lounge areas. For alfresco feasting, the restaurant extends outdoors with a patio featuring 10 additional seats. Naturally, the restaurant boasts an array of lush greenery, succulents, and hanging plants.
Health-forward dishes rule on Vale’s menu, which includes açai bowls, poke bowls, and avocado toasts at the cold superfood station; build-your-own protein bowls and signature salads at the hot food station; and a range of grab-and-go snacks and bakery items (think: freshly baked whole grain chocolate chip cookies).Superfood highlights include smashed avocado toast, chia pudding, a spicy tuna poke bowl, an açai smoothie, dragon fruit lemonade, and the Vale matcha latte.
Vale Delray Beach is now open (1911 S Federal Highway, Delray Beach, FL 33483) from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. For more information, visit ValeFoodCo.com or call 561-563-8352.
