Women Building Communities Event at Rosemary Square

The panel event will feature a discussion among five women from diverse backgrounds and industries on Monday, March 8

In honor of the 110th celebration of International Women’s Day, Rosemary Square in West Palm Beach will host “Women Building Communities,” a panel event to celebrate the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women on Monday, March 8, beginning at 8 a.m. The event is free and open to the public, but guests can upgrade to a VIP ticket for $10 to receive a gift bag.

The panel will include five diverse women from the automotive, culinary, science, arts, and political industries for a conversation aimed at spotlighting the lasting impact that women make on their communities. Lorna James, City of West Palm Beach mayoress, will moderate the discussion.

In collaboration with Dress for Success Palm Beaches, a nonprofit organization that helps women achieve economic independence, the event will be hosted on the spaced-out, outdoor Rosemary Square lawn as they discuss their vast professional and personal experiences, advice and tips. Guests are encouraged to bring new, unopened mascaras–the most requested product at Dress for Success
