Dark ‘n Stormy

What does one drink at the legendary Goslings Bear Trap? A Dark ‘n Stormy of course. This classic pairing of Goslings Black Seal Rum, Goslings Stormy Ginger Beer, and lime is steeped in history. The trademarked drink originated in Bermuda in the 1920s when British Naval officers combined Goslings Black Seal rum with the ginger beer that they were brewing to combat seasickness. According to local lore, an old fisherman remarked that the beverage’s color looked like a “cloud only a fool or a dead man would sail under,” which gave birth to the name Dark ‘n Stormy.

Sand Trap Spritz

The Dark ‘n Stormy won’t be the only cocktail commanding attention at the Goslings Bear Trap though. Those seeking something on the lighter end should opt for the Sand Trap Spritz, a refreshing combination of Goslings Gold Seal Rum, seltzer, and a splash of fresh-squeezed orange juice, garnished with a lemon.

Talk Birdie To Me

For the first time ever, Miami Beach hot spot Sweet Liberty will be popping up at the Goslings Bear Trap with original rum cocktails. Stop by Thursday evening to catch Shauna O’Neil behind the bar, and enjoy cocktails such as Talk Birdie To Me, crafted with Goslings Gold Seal Rum, passion fruit juice, lime juice, simple syrup, muddled mint, and strawberries, throughout the tournament.

Morning Glory

New this year, the Tavern on 16 brings fans sight lines of No. 16 and deck views of the eleventh hole, plus bites from Salute Market and Luxco signature cocktails with spirits such as El Mayor Tequila, Minor Case Straight Rye Whiskey, Yellowstone Select Kentucky Straight Bourbon, and Bowling & Burch Gin. We recommend the Morning Glory with Yellowstone select, lemon juice, and peach tea.
