The Cornell Art Museum at Old School Square will set the scene for Art on the Square, a two-day juried outdoor fine art show, taking place March 28-29.

Free and open to the public, Art on the Square will transform the historic downtown Delray Beach campus into an open-air gallery featuring works from 50 fine artists from across the country. Meet artists, acquire original art, enjoy live music, and savor refreshments. The show is produced by Marusca Gatto, cultural arts director at Cornell Art Museum.

Art on the Square will feature a variety of experiences, including:

  • A Kids Space with interactive art activities and face painting
  • Live painting by mural artists and nonprofit Urban Sketchers
  • Live music performances
  • Awards presentation recognizing winning artists
  • Gourmet Café in the Concession Building offering wine, beer, and gourmet bites
  • Participation from local nonprofits, including Art Connect, Urban Sketchers, and Creative Art School

In addition, the Cornell Art Museum also introduced an Emerging Artist Program, which provides select artists with a tent and exhibition space to display and sell their work. The program offers exposure and the opportunity to present work in a juried exhibition setting that celebrates creativity, talent, and artistic growth. The 2026 Emerging Artists are:
