True Food Kitchen to open in CityPlace

West Palm Beach has more healthy and mind-blowingly delicious food to look forward to in 2019: True Food Kitchen announced it will be opening its second Palm Beach County location this coming fall in CityPlace.

Restauranteur Sam Fox and Dr. Andrew Weil, a leading voice in the field of integrative medicine, set out to introduce nourishing meals with mass appeal when they founded True Food Kitchen in 2008. Plates like the Tuscan kale salad, edamame dumplings, and the vegan flourless chocolate cake instantly became sensations.

The menu, based on Dr. Weil’s anti-inflammatory food pyramid, encompasses creative and flavorful gluten-free, organic, vegetarian, and vegan offerings, as well as organic wines and craft cocktails with fresh-pressed juices and superfood ingredients. The restaurant also highlights changing seasonal offerings and works with local farmers surrounding each of its locations.

As it’s grown across the country, True Food Kitchen has amassed countless fans, including Oprah Winfrey, who invested in the company in 2018. While the anticipation builds for the new 6,000 square-foot restaurant in CityPlace, eager diners can head south to the Town Square at Boca Raton location to get their fix.
