For those looking to keep cool and savor specialty plant-based, non-diary frozen desserts during the Fourth of July weekend, pop over to Angie’s Epicurean‘s iconic pink bus in Rosemary Square. Satisfy your tweet tooth from 1 to 11 p.m. through July 4, and from 1 to 8 p.m. on July 5.

Celebrate Independence Day with wow-worthy food and fireworks on Sunday, July 4, at Barrio in Rosemary Square.

Toast the celebration with a strawberry Paloma, a blend of vodka, strawberry purée, grapefruit and citrus juices; the skinny shaken piña colada with coconut rum, cream of coconut purée, fresh mint, and lime; and the spicy pineapple margarita, loaded with jalapeño tequila, blue curaçao, pineapple purée, and fresh lime.

Executive chef Rolando Anoceto will showcase Latin-inspired tapas and platos, like braised beef empanadas with chorizo, manchego, and smoked pepper aioli; conch fritter bocaditos served with mango habanero chutney and smoked pepper aioli; and Barrio wings with saffron spiced honey butter and blue cheese.

Come for the fiesta and stay for the fireworks! Guests will be able to watch the 4th on Flagler fireworks display starting at 9:09 p.m. from the Hibiscus Garage rooftop.

The Ben

Get a front-row seat to downtown West Palm Beach’s 4th on Flagler celebration at Spruzzo at The Ben. Guests can opt for one of the multiple accommodations for exclusive access and VIP table service throughout the rooftop lounge ($50- $400 per person). Exclusive ticket holder access to Spruzzo begins at 5:30 p.m. At 7 p.m., DJ Adam Lipson & Friends will spin Americana music until the fireworks show starts on the Intracoastal. Table service includes a food and beverage credit.

Diners at the West Palm Beach waterfront resto will experience the 4th on Flagler celebration from the comfort of the restaurant. Elisabetta’s will serve dinner on Sunday from 4 to 11 p.m. The featured special will be ravioli with ricotta, greens, prosciutto, and fresh pomodoro ($28). For lighter fare, try the Arthur Avenue, an antipasti salad with giardiniera, chickpeas, celery, baby tomatoes, house made salumi, olives, provolone and peppadews for $15.50. Brunch with bottomless mimosas and Bloody Mary’s will be offered that day from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Farmer’s Table

The healthy dining destination will host a star-spangled extravaganza at its North Palm Beach location. Farmer’s Table will kick off the fun at 10 a.m. with brunch and live music  by the Royal Majestic (beginning at 11 a.m.).

The entertainment will move over to the lawn at 3 p.m. where guests are invited to bring their own chairs and blankets to enjoy music by Sierra Lane, Girlfriend Material, Spred The Dub, and The Resolvers.

The restaurant’s pavilion will be also open for dinner on a first come, first serve basis. Guests will also enjoy cash bars and a barbecue tent serving up traditional holiday favorites like hot dogs, burgers, and chicken sandwiches. Nearby a Bud Light Beer Truck will serve cold ones, with a portion of the proceeds and all tips benefitting the nonprofit Live Like Jake.

For guests looking to make an evening out of it, VIP Tables are available for $254, which include seating for four, a bottle of Prosecco, and chef Michael Schenk’s three-course prix fixe dinner (appetizer, entrée, and family-style dessert). Click here for more information.

For home cooks looking to celebrate the holiday from the comfort of their own grills, III Forks in Palm Beach Gardens will send patrons home with a Backyard Burger Kit ($50), boasting six 1/2 lb. Certified Angus beef patties, hamburger buns, lettuce, onion, tomatoes, dill pickles, aged cheddar, III Forks seasoning, and fresh-baked cookies.
