Celebrate the beginning of a new month with a traditional family-style Italian dining experience at Waterstone Resort & Marina on June 3. On the first Sunday of every month, Chef Matthew Mixon of Boca Landing prepares a special waterside dining experience featuring live music and four courses of classic Italian staples. Guests of chef’s ‘Momma Viggiano’s Sunday Dinner’ will experience the taste of tradition with pasta dishes like pomodoro and meatballs with pappardelle and chicken parmesan with buffalo mozzarella and pomodoro. Dishes will be paired with some of Boca Landing’s highly sought-after seafood selections including grilled Tuscan swordfish with a tomato and caper relish. Reservations are required (opentable.com).
