Israeli chef Eyal Shani has debuted a new offering at his West Palm Beach eatery, Malka: Sunday brunch. Available every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., the brunch menu features an array of Kosher offerings as well as a curated selection of cocktails and mocktails.
Start with fresh bread, such as the Golden Focaccia (marbled with tomatoes, onions, and spicy peppers) and Batzek Male (filled with wilted Turkish spinach and potato). Egg options include red shakshuka, minute steak and eggs, and egg salad bruschetta. Other highlights range from latkes and out-of-this-world hummus to beef tartare and Malka’s famous schnitzel. Don’t leave without trying the baklava, pistachio cake, or baked chocolate mousse.
