Cardamom Rose Chia Pudding

“This lovely breakfast pudding packs in vitamins and omega-3s that will keep you satiated without weighing you down. Chia seeds, in particular, contain powerful antioxidants that fight bloat and wrinkles, keeping your skin tight, smooth, and soft. Prepare the pudding the night before, and you’ll have a thick, creamy breakfast by morning.” -Jules Aron

    Makes 2½ cups
    2 cups coconut milk

Add coconut milk, banana, rose water, cardamom, vanilla extract, and maqui powder to a blender, and process until smooth. Taste for sweetness and mix in raisins, if needed.
