Jeanmarie Whalen, a 2019 Top Lawyer for personal injury litigation, is the current chair of the American Association for Justice Trucking Litigation Group. She is the second woman in the history of the organization to lead this prestigious group of attorneys who handle complex and catastrophic cases arising from trucking accidents. She has also served as president of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, a two-term president of the Palm Beach County Chapter of FAWL, and co-founder of the Florida Justice Association Women’s Caucus.
Gregory M. Yaffa, a 2019 Top Lawyer for insurance law and personal injury litigation, is a successful civil trial lawyer with a practice devoted to representing the victims of catastrophic personal injury and insurance company bad faith. He has an extensive leadership record including service as president of the Palm Beach County Justice Association and president of the North County Section of the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
