Get off the hot pavement and into the cool interior of Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa for one of its new fitness programs.
For you cyclists, try a 45-minute RealRyder class – the spa just introduced these indoor cycling bikes into its lineup. Unlike your regular old spin classes that only work your legs, these bikes steer, tilt, lean and balance just like an outdoor bike, helping improve the strength and stability of your upper body as well.
Cost: $30 per class (includes a $60 Eau Spa Day Pass upon completion), or $100 for an unlimited 30-day RealRyder class pass
For those who don’t mind the early morning sun, Eau Spa is offering a combination of tennis and spa treatments throughout September. Ladies are invited to enjoy a fun game of round robin on the resort’s courts and settle back for a 50-minute spa treatment (choose from a massage, facial, manicure and pedicure, or blow-out) afterwards. A minimum of three tennis players are required, and reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cost: $99 for tennis round roubin and 50-minute spa treatment

And finally, if you’re looking to relax, make sure you don’t miss the spa’s next EAUmmm Yoga Social Night on August 12. Each session features a different instructor and includes a yoga class and full use of the spa’s facilities, including the steam room, saunas, heated bath loungers, and the Self-Centered Garden as well as champagne and cupcakes. August’s session starts at 7 p.m. and will feature resident yoga teacher Barbara Alfonzo, who will teach an all-levels Budokon Yoga class, which fuses hatha, martial arts, and animal movements.
Cost: $40 per person.
